2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping Fee: Varies based on city/courier

• Free Shipping: On selected offers or bundle deals (if applicable)

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Please ensure your contact number is active so the rider can reach you.

4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order:

• You will receive a confirmation message

• Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours
  Unresponsive customers may face order cancellation.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
You can track your parcel through the courier’s tracking system.

6. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier workload

• Incorrect or incomplete address
  We will always assist you in tracking your parcel if needed.

7. Wrong / Incomplete Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

• Shipping may be delayed

• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery

8. Damaged Package on Arrival

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

• Please make a video while unboxing

• Contact us within 24 hours
  This helps us process issues quickly with the courier.
