You may request a refund if:

The product is missing from your order
Refunds are not applicable if:
The product has been opened or used
The product was damaged due to customer mishandling
The customer changed their mind after receiving the order
Skincare items are opened (due to hygiene reasons)
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
