At Skin Aura, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is missing from your order

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The product was damaged due to customer mishandling

  • The customer changed their mind after receiving the order

  • Skincare items are opened (due to hygiene reasons)

2. Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Required Proof

To process your refund, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/video of the product

  • Proof of damage, wrong item, or issue

4. Refund Method

Once approved, your refund will be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
    Refunds usually take 3–7 working days to complete.

5. No Return / No Exchange Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
